Any proposal, quotation, or timeline shared before a signed agreement is indicative and not binding until confirmed in writing. Intellectual property in pre-contract deliverables (such as assessments or demos) remains with Digital Dive unless otherwise agreed.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law in the United Arab Emirates, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated in a written contract. Our aggregate liability arising from website use or informal pre-sales discussions is limited to direct damages and subject to the caps and exclusions set out in your executed agreement, where one exists.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory provisions that cannot be waived.
